The "Absolutely No Bags" policy for these shows have been lifted. My wife emailed the GM of Boardwalk Hall after trying to figure out what to do with a costume with absolutely no pockets. I didn't expect a reply, but a few hours later this came back:

We have reconsidered and will be using our standard bag policy for these
shows. Please look at our website later today for the size bags that are
permissible. Sorry for the confusion.

Whereas the PDF that say "no bags" hasn't yet been updated, the piece in the guest policies page here http://www.boardwalkhall.com/gstpol.asp#search has been updated and the no-bags policy removed.
